Very friendly staff member Andre. Little bit pricey in the restaurant but food was good. Lovely room for a family of 4. Good for the price. Breakfast was beautiful and had everything you needed. Had all the essentials in the room. Was lovely clean and quiet.

My finance and I had to book into Novotel at Birmingham due to unfortunate circumstances as our flight was cancelled. Couldnt have picked a better place. Lovely atmosphere and amazing staff. Especially Pedro and Andre who were first class! So friendly and professional.

Lovely hotel and the rooms were very spacious. Here on a works conference for two days. Was quite disappointed as it was my collegaues big birthday and while 15 of us having dinner we bought him his favourite red wine but the server informed us we were not allowed to drink it even if we paid a corkage. If they would have had the wine we would have been more than happy to pay, but the lady who dealt with us was very dismissive verging on rude. What was worse my colleague hadn’t finished her meal and the server (apparently acting supervisor ) she grabbed her plate my colleague said she hadn’t finished her meal and was told to just take the basket of fries off and continued to take her plate away while my colleague had to insist she was still eating. We then waited over 30 minutes for the bill by watching this particular supervisor glare at us every time she walked past. The most uncomfortable dining experience we have ever had

Ruben and Gairuka were great, super friendly and the most helpful. Tasty food , good drinks. Great time!!!! Thank you : we will come back every night of our stay because everything was so wonderful.
